2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser:
Chrysler decided to revamp the loved auto with a whole new front fascias and dashboard, which enthusiast of the original models did not, originally, agree with. Overtime we all learned to like them with some discussion.
Color choices were:
Inferno Red Pearl Coat, Midnight Blue Pearl Coat, Electric Blue Pearl Coat, Cool Vanilla Clear Coat, Bright Silver Metallic Clear Coat, Linen Gold Metallic Clear Coat, Black, Magnesium Pearl Coat

This year Chrysler PT Cruiser has received the Route 66 special addition to the car line family.
Route 66 edition include (Limited production):
Exclusive Solar Yellow color (also painted brake calipers). Come standard with a liftgate spoiler (a popular aftermarket option), 17-inch wheels with traction control and a sport suspension.
Interior additions include:
Six-way power seats with multi-colored leather
A “Street Cruiser” badge is featured on the lift gate, and “Route 66” emblems are located on the front doors.

Price: The U.S. Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for PT Cruiser Route 66 Edition:
$19,185 for the manual transaxle model. (excluding $640 destination).
$20,020 for the automatic transaxle model. (excluding $640 destination).
